At Pretty Rose Co, we don’t just provide flowers—we become your creative partner, helping you bring your vision to life with thoughtful artistry, curated blooms, and seamless support every step of the way.

Whether you’re working with a planner or organizing your event yourself, our process is designed to be collaborative, inspiring, and empowering.

Here’s What You Can Expect

1. The Discovery Call

This is where the beauty takes root. During our initial consultation, we’ll chat about your event, aesthetic, floral must-haves, and what inspires you. If you have a planner, they’re welcome to join too—we’re all about alignment from the start.

You don’t need to have it all figured out—we’ll ask the right questions to help clarify your vision.

2. Retainer to Begin Proposal Design

Following our call, a $100 retainer is required before we begin creating your custom floral proposal. This fee reserves your place in our design queue and covers the time we dedicate to crafting a thoughtful, personalized plan.

If you choose to move forward with us, the $100 will be credited toward your total balance.

3. Custom Floral Proposal

Once your retainer is received, we’ll send a detailed proposal that includes:

• A curated color palette

• A breakdown of recommended floral pieces

• Pricing tailored to your event

• Optional design elements such as floral pillars, arches, or specialty rentals

You’ll get a clear picture of what we’ll create—both visually and financially—so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

4. Booking & Securing Your Date

When you’re ready to move forward, a signed contract and deposit will officially secure your date. From here, we take the reins so you can focus on celebrating.

5. Design Refinement & Moodboarding

In the months leading up to your event, we’ll fine-tune your design plan and coordinate with your planner or vendor team. Expect a custom moodboard, floral inspiration, and layout guidance to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

6. Event Day Execution

On your event day, we arrive early to transform your space with precision and care. From setup to teardown, we handle every detail so your florals are nothing short of stunning.
